Hey everyone, I’ve been struggling to juggle work and my BSN studies. It feels like I never have enough time to really focus on my assignments, and I’m starting to fall behind. Does anyone have any tips or strategies for balancing work, life, and studies? How do you manage your time without burning out? I’m really looking for practical advice here—something that actually works in the long term.

Learning to manage my time without exhausting myself has truly been a learning experience, with a full calendar of work, school, and personal obligations. The most important thing that's worked for me is establishing reasonable daily objectives and taking deliberate breaks—whether a brief walk, a quick snooze, or even just not being plugged in for a while. I've also learned to ask for help or delegate when necessary, and one thing that's greatly decreased my stress is utilizing online class help fast when I'm getting behind in school. It takes my time off my hands and provides some breathing space, which makes a big difference in preventing burnout.
