Our Scholarship Outreach Program strives to maintain consistent communication with scholarship recipients, ensuring that they receive the guidance and support they need to excel in their educational pursuits.

We have developed a comprehensive layout showcasing all available scholarships, extending our focus beyond just seniors and juniors to include sophomores and freshmen. Our goal is to ensure that students at all stages of their academic journey have access to valuable scholarship opportunities.

To keep everyone informed, we maintain a calendar that lists all available scholarships, including those beyond the Yap State Scholarship. We actively engage with high schools by conducting presentations and outreach activities, guiding students in their scholarship application process.

Counseling students on a daily basis, we offer personalized assistance and guidance to help them navigate the path to higher education. Additionally, we assist students in coordinating post-secondary educational opportunities, helping them make informed decisions about their future.

To enhance accessibility, we maintain a schedule to inform clients when we are available, striving to be a constant source of support for both students and parents.

Financial sustainability is essential, and we secure scholarship funding through various sources, including the government sector, local revenue, and revenue generated from alcohol and tobacco taxes.
​
Furthermore, we are committed to responsible financial management, with an annual budget request and quarterly budget reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
​
In addition to these core responsibilities, we continually strive to improve our program by enhancing our database and addressing any necessary areas of development.
