Ivan En Sworn in as State of Yap's New Director of Office of Planning and Budget

On April 7, 2023, Ivan En was sworn in as the new Director of the Office of Planning and Budget in the State of Yap, with responsibilities including overseeing the development and implementation of the state's budget and other planning and policy initiatives. En has a diverse background, having worked in IT management, project and IT assistance, and technical services, and his main goal is to contribute these experiences and knowledge to the new administration and to the State of Yap.
