Weather and Tide Update for Tomorrow, September 4th

Yap, FSM - According to the National Weather Service, tomorrow’s forecast predicts mostly cloudy skies with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms throughout the day and night. Light and variable winds are expected. Temperatures will range from lows of around 79°F to highs of around 87°F during the day, and from lows of around 78°F to highs of around 88°F during the night. There is a 30% chance of showers during the day and a 40% chance at night. So, make sure to bring an umbrella and wear rain boots if you are planning to go to the garden or taro patch tomorrow.


Tide's Schedule for tomorrow is as follows:

  • High Tide:

    • The first high tide will be at 8:29 AM reaching its highest peak of 5.3 feet.

    • The next high tide will be at 9:04 PM with a height of 5.1 feet.

  • Low Tide:

    • The first low tide will be at 2:24 AM with a height of 2.0 feet.

    • The next low tide will be at 2:42 PM with a descending height of 1.3 feet.

So, if you like to go fishing then go in the morning and then clam hunting by the shore in the afternoon.
