Hello. I noticed that too, especially with more complex site titles. Even the icon for 666 Gambit Casino disappeared after the last browser update on my Mac. I fixed it by deleting the 'Favicons' file in the AppData folder and letting the browser rebuild the cache from scratch. It's a bit of a technical workaround, but it usually forces the correct images to reload for all your saved links. Thats good

While most access panels are for walls, some reinforced plastic ones can work on floors with proper framing support. This wall hole cover style (larger sizes) is sometimes adapted for floor use when beefed up underneath. Many people carpet or paint over it to blend. Keeps the opening clean and allows easy crawl space entry without damaging drywall patches.
