ANNOUNCEMENT: Proposed Voyage 10-FY-2026 Regular Long Field Trip
The Sea Transportation Division of the Department of Public Works and Transportation wishes to inform the general public of a planned government regular long field trip for government services for relief needed in the neighboring islands, and other private passengers who plan to travel between islands. The schedules for booking, departure, and arrival times are as
follows;
Cargo/TA passengers booking open: 9/0412026 @ 12:30 pm
Cargo/T A passengers booking closed: 9114/1~026@ 11:30 am
Cargo delivery to stevedore company: 9/11 &14/2026, @ 8:30 am 4:00 pm
Cargo loading: 9/15-16/2026 @ 8:30am-4:00pm
Passenger booking open: 9/16-17/2026 @/8:30 am-l l:30 am-12:30 pm-4:00 pm
Passenger booking close: 9/18/26 @ 11:30 am or when ship's capacity (300pxs) is reached
Thru gate cargo: 9/18/2026 @ 8:30am-5:30 pm
Screen of boarding passengers: 9/19/20261@ 9:30 am-4:30 pm

Departure: 9/19/2026 @ 5:00 pm. No pallet cargo or gasoline in containers is allowed during thru-gate screening, and only personal belongings for boarding passengers to use for the trip are allowed on the departure date, such as: Food items to be consumed during the trip 2. Bedding items to be used during the trip 3. Clothing items to be used on the trip. During screening time, ongoing passengers are only allowed to carry onto the ship the 3 items mentioned above.
Arrival Yap: 10107/2026 @ 07:00 am.
No reservation is confirmed until tickets are purchased or TAs are submitted to Sea Trans for the intended trip. All TA's must be submitted to Sea Trans no later than Monday 9/1412026 @11:30 am. Passengers without boarding tickets will be refused boarding. The normal booking and boarding procedures will be followed to ensure safety while boarding, the safety
of the vessel, passengers and crew on board, and to prevent potential accidents on the high seas. Cargoes other than the aforementioned carry-ons during departure will not be accepted or allowed.
