BID INVITATION: Council of Tamol (COT) Janitorial and Ground Services

The Office of the Council of Tamol is soliciting for sealed bids for Council of

Tamol (COT) Janitorial and Ground Services. All sealed quotation bids shall be

received by the COT office no later than 3pm on October 15, 2026. The services are

o provide the following; cleaning inside the office include mopping, sweeping

lusting table top, and empty trash bins. The firm will also responsible of

maintaining outside yard include cutting grass, collect debris, and throw away

trash

Any person or firm interested in providing bid on the Council of Tamol (COT)

Janitorial and Ground Services may do so by submitting a sealed bid directly to the

office of the Council of Tamol now to 3pm on October 15, 2026. All seal bids shall

be addressed to the Council of Tamol and shall be labeled "Council of Tamol

(COT) Janitorial and Ground Services and shall incorporate the name and

address of the bidders on the outside of the envelope.

Sealed bids thus received will be publicly open and read by Chairman of the

Council and or his designees after 3pm, on October 15, 2026.

The project shall commence after thirty days of this announcement and shall end

on September 30, 2027.

The Council of Tamol (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) reserves the right

to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding to serve the

best interest of the Council of Tamol. The Council of Tamol may select to award a

contract on basis of price, perceived or actual performance, reliability, or a

combination of these or other criteria. The Council of Tamol may also decide not

to award a contract is solely at the discretion of the Council of Tamol. Bid

withdrawal may be made only with the consent of the Attorney of the Council of

Tamol and its Chairman.
