MiCare Health Insurance Plan announces Open Season from July 15th to August 15th, 2024. During Open Season, current members can change plan options, add a dependent, remove a dependent or if you really must- cancel your health insurance. This is also the opportunity for individuals and organizations to enroll in the Plan.
