MV Kota Raja Arrives With Cargo From Guam and Asia

Yap FM - Earlier today, August 11th, the container vessel Kota Raja arrived in Yap at 7:00 am from Guam and will be departing tomorrow, August 12th, at 7:00 am heading to Koror, Palau. During its visit, the container vessel discharged a total of 34 containers intended to supply local supply chains and commercial activity.
The shipment included 3 containers of assorted groceries and general merchandise from Philippines, 5 containers of drinking water, aluminum doors/windows, diesel tricycle, kitchen supplies, and mosquito coils from China, 6 containers of portland cement, household goods, rice, foodstuff, and batteries from Vietnam, 1 container of general merchandise and hardware from Taiwan, 1 container of fuel aviation from Guam, and 18 containers of general merchandise, foodstuffs, chilled goods, construction materials, assorted beverages, and cigar from Guam.
The next inbound shipment is expected to arrive on August 25th. These maritime operations play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods essential for the daily needs and infrastructure development in Yap.
