Colonia, Yap - The Committee on Resources, Education & Development(RED) of the 11th Legislature of the State of Yap is having its Second Regular Session in 2024, concerning Gov. Comm. No. 11-220, which pertains to the Nomination for the new Director of the Department of Resources & Development, as submitted by the Governor. 

The public hearing is scheduled at the Legislature Chamber on Monday, April 29th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Scheduled witnesses include Governor Charles S Chieng, Nominee John Sigrah, Acting Attorney General Quintina Letawerpiy, and representatives from the Council of Pilung and Council of Tamol.
