Early Childhood Education Program

All bids must be received no later than 11:30am on the 30th day of September 2026.

Bids will be publicly opened and read at the ECE Main Office at 1:00pm, on the 30th day of September 2026. Any bids submitted after the stated deadline will not be considered.

The Yap State Government reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received and/or waive any defects or irregularities in the bid’s documents. All parties will be notified in writing of the bid results within fifteen (15) days from the bid opening date.
