Tuesday, April 21, 2026, /// DYCA PIO Yap FM - This past Saturday, April 18th, the Division of Youth Services under the Department of Youth and Civic Affairs held a Youth Hiking Event which started at St. Mary’s School to Windmill Site on Madeadeq hill. This event started at 9:00 am at the St.Mary’s School Field with the registration of participants, followed by a Japanese warm-up exercise demonstrated by a JICA Volunteer who works under the Division of Youth Services, Kenta
