Reliable construction company in Toronto
Need to do a full renovation of a 2-bedroom apartment in downtown Toronto (demolition, wiring, plumbing, drywall, flooring, kitchen, bathroom). Looking for a normal licensed company with a contract, warranty and no “price will be clear later” surprises. Any recommendations?

We did a complete turnkey renovation with Imperial Group last year (1100 sq ft condo on Bay St). Fixed price in the contract, all changes only by additional agreement, 3-year warranty on everything. The guys are licensed, work cleanly, daily photo reports in the chat, all garbage removed at their expense. Timeline kept to the day.
