ANNOUNCEMENT: Office of the Administrative Services

The Yap State Government, Office of the Administrative Services in the Federated States of Micronesia is hereby soliciting to receive sealed proposals/bids for three (3) Contracts for the Administration Building, in accordance with the attached scope of work. 1.) Administration Building Cleaning & Maintenance Services, 2.) Administration Building Grounds Cleaning Services, and 3.) Administration Building & Motor Pool Security Services. Only individuals or firms with a valid Yap State Business License for the type of services requested will be considered.

Any person or firm interested in providing these services for the Yap State Government may do so by submitting sealed proposals/bids directly to the Office of Administrative Services, Yap State or by mailing the sealed bids to the following address:

All bids must be sealed and labeled “Proposal/Bids for 1.) Administration Building Cleaning & Maintenance Services, 2.) Administration Building Grounds Cleaning Services, and 3.) Administration Building & Motor Pool Security Services. Proposals must be received no later than 1:00 PM, local time, on November 5, 2026 with a copy of the same day, November 5, 2026 in the Director’s Office, Office of the Administrative Services.
