Container Vessel Kota Ratu arrived in Yap with cargo from Guam and Asia

Yap FM - Earlier today, August 27th, the container vessel Kota Raja arrived in Yap at 7:00 am from Guam and will be departing tomorrow, August 28th, at 7:00 am heading to Koror, Palau. During its visit, the container vessel discharged a total of 24 containers intended to supply local supply chains and commercial activity.
The shipment included 1 container of assorted foodstuffs and general merchandise from the Philippines, 5 containers of cars, general merchandise, construction materials, solar panels, AC, and freezers from China, 8 containers of Vietnamese Japonica rice, assorted beverages, and mixed groceries from Vietnam, 2 containers of lemon tea from Taiwan, 1 container of used boats, Yamaha-W-16EH, cars, foodstuff and store items from Japan, and 7 containers of general merchandise, mixed groceries, and fruits from Guam.
The next inbound shipment is expected to arrive on September 21st. These maritime operations play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods essential for the daily needs and infrastructure development in Yap.
