Sea Trans is providing important updates regarding the upcoming Voyage 01-FY 2025 to ensure smooth operations for all passengers and cargo.
Cargo and Passenger Booking Details
Cargo and Travel Authorization (TA) bookings will open on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 8:30 AM and close on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
Passenger bookings will open on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 4:00 PM, or once the ship's capacity is reached, and will close on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 4:00 PM or once the ship is fully booked
All Travel Authorizations must be submitted to Sea Trans by Monday, February 3, 2025. Passengers without a boarding ticket or confirmed TA will not be allowed to board.
Cargo Delivery and Loading
Cargo for delivery to the Stevedore Company will be accepted on Friday, January 31, 2025, and Monday, February 3, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Cargo loading will take place Tuesday and Wednesday, February 4 & 5, 2025, between 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM.
Thru Gate Cargo Screening
Thru gate cargo screening will occur from Thursday, February 6 to Friday, February 7, 2025.
Departure and Boarding Information
The vessel will depart on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Passenger screening will be conducted on Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Only personal items such as food, bedding, and clothing for the trip will be allowed. No pallet cargo or gasoline will be accepted during thru-gate screening, and the gate will be closed at departure.
Passengers are limited to bringing only the three personal items mentioned above.
Arrival in Yap
The ship is scheduled to arrive in Yap on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 7:00 AM
