Monday, March 23, 2026, /// DYCA PIO Yap FM - This past Saturday, March 21st the Division of Youth Services held its 3rd Chess Tournament at the Division of Media and Protocol Main Office at 10:00 am. The event started at 10:00 am with registration of participants followed by a brief introduction led by the Youth Recreation and Sports Coordinator, Mr. Maphrick Ruweday. After the brief introduction, the youth participants broke into groups of two, to initially start the ches
