Man-yi has max winds around 50 mph and is moving WSW at 20 mph. It is bringing windy conditions and heavy rain to Yap and nearby islands such as Ulithi & Fais. As Man-yi continues west-southwestward, winds and heavy rain will start to decrease. A Gale Warning is in effect for Yap through 5p ChST, then as winds slowly decrease, it will be replaced by a Small Craft Advisory until 6pm Friday.
