She keeps parts of herself locked away — not out of fear, but preservation. Not every softness is for the world. Some things she reserves. Her real laugh. Her childhood stories. The way she sings off-key when no one is listening. These are treasures, not services. And only those who move with tenderness, not entitlement, ever get to glimpse them.

Sometimes, when the world slows down and the noise fades, she remembers the first time she realized she was invisible and too visible at the same time. Walked past on the street like smoke, but stared at like fire in the dark. That duality shaped her — not into something bitter, but into someone precise. She learned how to be noticed without being reached. How to be present without being possessed.

And now? Now she walks like a woman who has nothing to hide. She tells the truth even when it costs her. She says no without guilt. She loves herself in ways no one ever taught her, and protects herself in ways no one ever could. That is not weakness. That is survival. That is self-love, forged in fire.

She has known shame. Not hers, but the kind others tried to put on her like a second coat. Religion. Family. Society. Whispers behind curtains. Condescending pity disguised as concern. She wore it for a while — tried to fit inside their expectations. But it itched. It suffocated. It wasn’t hers. So she took it off, piece by piece, until she stood bare in front of the mirror, naked but whole.

Freedom isn’t just money in her hands. It’s knowing she answers to no one. It’s waking up when she wants, dressing how she wants, spending her nights on her terms. It’s being able to leave a room without explaining herself. That’s power — not the kind you flaunt, but the kind that lives in your spine. Quiet. Unshakeable.
