ANNOUNCEMENT: COM-FSM, Yap Campus

Fisheries and Maritime Institute (FMI)

The College of Micronesia-FSM, FMI Campus is inviting interested and qualified individuals, organizations, or companies to submit proposals for landscaping, ground maintenance, and trash and waste disposal services at the FSM-FMI Campus.

The contract period will be from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.

Services will include regular mowing and raking of the campus grounds, trimming and pruning of trees and plants, landscaping, and weekly trash and waste collection and disposal.

A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at the FSM-FMI Campus on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

Interested contractors must submit their sealed proposals no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, Yap local time.
