The Yap Fishing Authority vessel arrived yesterday morning, May 21st, 2025.. As usual, they were closed while the Yap Fishing Authority unloaded the catch.

Catch details are below:

Total catch: Over 1,000 lbs

60% Pelagic fish (like Dogtooth (yisul), Kawa kawa (Garangab), Yellow fin (taguw), waho (Milchad), Barracuda (malq), Rainbow runner ( fofow), and Gindai (gadaw).

40% Reef fish (like snapper (Gadaw), grouper (sabakuw), etc.)
