Yap, FSM – The FSM Immigration and Passport Services Division, Yap Field Office, notified all noncitizens residing in Yap (excluding those exempts by law or international treaties) that the annual noncitizen registration is now open. The registration period will run from January 6, 2025, to January 31, 2025.
Noncitizens are encouraged to complete their registration forms at the office, which is open Monday through Friday during regular government working hours. Please ensure forms are submitted by the January 31 deadline to avoid penalties.
Failure to register within the specified timeframe will result in fines and penalties as outlined under Chapter 1 of the Immigration Act.
