MV Hapilmohol 2 Departure Delayed: Engine Repairs Underway, Refunds Available

Yap, FSM — According to the Division of Transportation at the Department of Public Works & Transportation the unfortunate delayed departure of Hapilmohol 2 Voyage 06 FY2024 is due to an unexpected engine malfunction. The departure has been postponed until further notice, while the team coordinates with off-island supplies for an expedient delivery of the needed parts. 

Furthermore, customers wishing to request a refund for their payments can do so at the Sea Transportation office starting immediately, with the deadline set for Friday, October 11th, at 4:00 PM (weekdays only). Further updates regarding the rescheduled departure will be provided once repairs are complete.
