Public Library Launches Summer Reading Program for Children Ages 6–12 Monday, June 23, 2025, /// DYCA PIO

Yap, FM- The Public Library started off its annual Summer Reading Program, which officially began today, June 23, 2025. Designed for children between the ages of 6 to 12, the program aims to foster a love of reading while supporting academic readiness for the upcoming school year.

A total of 66 children have enrolled in the program, which will run through July 18, 2025. Through a variety of engaging activities and reading sessions, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen their literacy skills, explore new genres, and stay intellectually active throughout the summer break.

This initiative is part of the library's ongoing commitment to supporting educational development and lifelong learning in the community.
