The Road and Grounds Division has recently started significant roadwork in Gagil Municipality. As of last week, crews have been working on the primary road within Gagil, and construction efforts are now progressing from the northern part of the island toward Colonia.

In addition, the division is actively engaged in the rental and operation of heavy equipment for various infrastructure projects. This includes the transportation of gravel, sand, and other construction materials, as well as earth-moving activities essential for ongoing development and maintenance work.

These efforts are part of the state’s ongoing commitment to public safety, environmental protection, and the creation of clean and accessible infrastructure for all residents and visitors.

The Department of Public Works and Transportation urges the public to exercise caution and drive safely in and around construction zones.
