Renovation Projects and ongoing developments in YapTuesday, February 11, 2025/// DYCA PIO

Yap, FSM – February 10, 2025 – Starting on Saturday, February 15, 2025, the Department of Public Works will begin renovations on the parking area at the Department of Education, Legal Services, Election Office, YVB, and EPA. This renovation aims to maintain a clean and safe environment for all users of the area.

Public Work is kindly asking the public to remain cautious and drive safely around these areas during the renovation process.

In addition, several ongoing projects under the C&EM are taking place across the outer islands of Yap, including the Fais Airport Runway, Ulithi Airport Terminal Building, and the Elato Water Catchment Project.

On the main island, the ongoing YFA roof repair and the Leng Gagil Women’s Community Building renovation projects continue to make progress.
