REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: YAP HIGH SCHOOL CAMPUS SECURITY SERVICES

Yap State Government Department of Education is soliciting bids from individuals,

groups, or other interested bidders for school campus security services!

Scope of work is available for pickup at the High School Office with the

Secretary.

All bids must be delivered to: Yap High School Secretary, Department of

Education, Yap State Government, Federated States of Micronesia, P.O. Box 116,

Colonia, Yap FSM 96943. All bids should be labeled "Proposal for Yap High

School Campus Security." Bid package shall incorporate the name and address of

bidder.

All bid packages should be received no later than 12:30 pm on November 06,

2026. Bids will be opened at the school office at 3:00 p.m. on November 06, 2026.

Yap State Government reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received

and/or waive any defects or irregularities in the bidding documents. All bidders

will be notified in writing of the result within 15 days from the opening date.

In accordance with Yap State Bidding Regulation 3.4, Yap State reserves the right

to cancel the award of any contract at any time before the execution of said

contract by all parties, without liability.
