Yap, FM- The Sea Transportation Division at the Department of Public Works and Transportation announces that the long field trip for Hapilmohol 2 originally scheduled for March 15, 2025, has been postponed to Sunday, March 23, 2025.
Updated booking details include cargo and passenger booking starting on Thursday, March 13, 2025, and ending on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, for cargo/TA passengers, while passenger booking closes on Friday, March 21, 2025, or once the ship reaches full capacity.
Cargo deliveries to the Waab stevedore company will take place on March 18-19, 2025, and loading will occur on March 20, 2025.
Passenger screening will be conducted on March 23, 2025, between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM, and passengers are only allowed to bring food, bedding, and clothing items for the trip.
The vessel will depart at 5:00 PM on March 23, 2025, with an expected arrival in Yap on April 9, 2025, at 7:00 AM. Passengers must submit travel authorizations (TAs) by March 19, 2025, and no reservations will be confirmed until tickets are purchased, or TAs are submitted.
