Candidate Conduct: Candidates are strictly prohibited from approaching within 100 feet of any ballot box, except when casting their own vote. Similar to all voters, candidates are limited to five (5) minutes to complete their ballot and must then vacate the area. These regulations are mandated by Sections 805 and 807 of Title 7 in the Yap State Code, designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and peaceful election process.
