The Container Vessel Kota Raja arrived in Yap

Yap FM - Last week Wednesday, April 1st, the container vessel Kota Raja at 7:00 am arrived in Yap from Guam and departed the next day, April 2nd at 7:00 am heading to Koror, Palau. During its visit, the container vessel discharged a total of 24 containers intended to supply local supply chains and commercial activity.
The shipment included 8 containers of cement and rice from Vietnam, 2 containers of assorted groceries from the Philippines, 4 containers of assorted groceries from the United States of America (USA), 1 container of bottled tea from Taiwan, 8 containers of assorted drinks, tobacco, and jet fuel from Guam, and 1 container of sugar from Thailand.
The next inbound shipment is expected to arrive on April 13th. These maritime operations play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods essential for the daily needs and infrastructure development in Yap.
