The Container Vessel Kota Ratu arrived in Yap

Yap FM - This past Monday, March 16th, the container vessel Kota Ratu arrived in Yap at 7:00 am from Guam and will be departing early tomorrow morning, March 17th at 7:00, heading to Koror, Palau. During its visit, the container vessel discharged a total of 14 containers intended to supply local supply chains and commercial activity.

The shipment included 1 container of general merchandise from China, 1 container of bottled water from Vietnam, 2 containers of assorted groceries from the Philippines, 1 container of tires and auto parts from Japan, 1 container of general merchandise and hardware items from Taiwan, 7 containers of general merchandise and chilled goods from Guam, and 1 container of general merchandise from Saipan.

The next inbound shipment is expected to arrive on April 7th. These maritime operations play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods essential for the daily needs and infrastructure development in Yap.
