The Container Vessel Kota Ratu arrived in Yap

Yap FM - Earlier today, May 27th, the container vessel Kota Ratu arrived in Yap from Guam and will be departing early tomorrow morning, May 28th, at 7:00 am. During its visit, the container vessel discharged a total of 20 containers intended to supply local supply chains and commercial activity.

The shipment included 1 container of essential hygiene, care products, and ice-makers from China, 1 container of drinking water from Malaysia, 1 container of hardware, and general merchandise from Taiwan, 7 containers of Portland cement and rice from Vietnam, 2 containers of assorted beverages, foodstuff, tiles, and household goods from Singapore, 1 container of assorted groceries and general merchandise from the Philippines, 2 empty containers from Pohnpei, and 5 container of fuel aviation, and general merchandise from Guam.

These maritime operations play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods essential for the daily needs and infrastructure development in Yap.
