The Container Vessel Kota Ratu arrived in Yap

Yap FM - Yesterday, June 14th, the container vessel Kota Ratu arrived in Yap from Guam at 7:00 am and departed earlier this morning at 7:00, heading for Koror, Palau. During its visit, the container vessel discharged a total of 17 containers intended to supply local supply chains and commercial activity.

The shipment included 1 container of refined sugar from Thailand, 2 containers of Portland cement and bottled water from Vietnam, 2 containers of drinking water from Malaysia, 1 container of assorted drinks, store items, mixed groceries, and general merchandise from Taiwan, and 11 containers of chilled fresh produce and frozen foodstuffs.

The next inbound shipment is expected to arrive on July 6th. These maritime operations play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods essential for the daily needs and infrastructure development in Yap.
