Yap FM - Earlier today, March 5th, the Director of DYCA, Alex Gilfiley, held a meeting with the Division of Youth Services at the Department of Youth and Civic Affairs main office, along with the Youth Planning Committee members, and several DYCA team members, to recognize Mr. Arnold Fagalgomaa for his unwavering support and voluntary contributions to numerous Youth Wall Painting Events. This effort is in part with the Yap State Island Beautification Initiative by all the youth of Yap State, started by DYCA.

During this meeting, Director Alex Gilfiley and the Chief of the Division of Youth Services, John W. Filmed thanked Mr. Fagolgomaa’ for voluntarily showing up to the Youth Wall Paintings and contributing his artistic skills, creativity and professionalism in beautifying our once rundown retaining walls.

To express their sincere appreciation, Director Alex Gilfiley and Chief John W. Filmed presented Mr. Fagolgomaa with a small token of appreciation, symbolising mutual respect and friendship for future collaborations, as the team continues to finish all the retaining walls on the Yap main island.
