Yap FM - Yesterday, June 10th, after the children’s visit to the Governor’s Office, the Division of Youth Services held its final dance rehearsal for the children representing Yap State at the Children Exchange Program in Japan at the Division of Media and Protocol building at 3:30 pm.
Dressed in their traditional local attire, the children had their last rehearsal in front of parents, staff, and many spectators. The traditional dance is to be performed during the children’s visit to Japan, showcasing Yap’s traditions and cultural heritage.
After the rehearsal, the parents and staff at the Division of Youth Services had their final meeting finalizing all details for the group's departure.
