Yap FM - Yesterday, May 14th, the Non-Communicable Disease Program and Cancer Program supported by the Waab Health Lifestyle Coalition shared highlights on their outreach to Ulithi to conduct the biennial Rapid High School Survey, which is done every two years.
The Survey team was able to survey 79 students between grades 9 and 12 over two days.
The Rapid High School Survey is an anonymous survey that measures each student’s height and weight and asks them 14 risk behavior questions relating to tobacco, alcohol, and vape use, mental health, and sexual health status. The survey is done every two years. The last high school survey done in Yap was in 2023/2024.
