Yap, FSM – On November 25, 2024, Thomas Gilwuyoch Tun was officially sworn in as the Director of the Office of Administrative Services (OAS) during a ceremony held at the Governor's Office. The event was attended by esteemed officials, including Honorable Lieutenant Governor Francis Itimai, Honorable Governor Charles Chieng, Chief of Staff Rikin, Chief of Justice Cyprian J. Manmaw, Director of OPB Julius L. Tun, Director of Public Works Joe C. Giltug, Yap State Court Security Gorong, Acting Attorney General Queentina, and Director of R&D Bernard Gorong.

Thomas Gilwuyoch Tun was introduced on the floor on October 7, 2024, and his appointment was officially adopted on the same day by the 11th Yap State Legislature. The ceremony marks a significant milestone in his career and underscores the commitment of the OAS to serve the community effectively.
