About 115 miles east-southeast of Yap

About 135 miles east of Ngulu

Movement: West-Northwest at 285 degrees at 15 mph

Maximum sustained winds: 45 mph

Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for Fais, Ulithi, Ngulu and Yap Proper.

A Tropical Storm Warning means that tropical storm conditions,

Including winds of 39 to 73 mph, are expected within 24 hours.

TS Hagupit maximum sustained have increased to 45 mph moving west-northwest

at 15 mph. Hagupit is expected to maintain this general course and speed through

Saturday. It is forecast to intensify through tonight but will remain a tropical storm

through Monday, reaching peak intensity tonight or Saturday as it passes between

Yap and Ngulu.
