Weather and Tide Update for Tomorrow, September 26th!

Yap, FSM - According to the National Weather Service, tomorrow’s forecast expects partly sunny with scattered showers. Winds will be light and variable, becoming southwest around 10 mph in the afternoon. Highs will be around 88°F with a 30 percent chance of showers. So, if you are planning to go get betelnut for your market, bring your goggles in case of unexpected rain.

The forecast calls for partly cloudy skies with isolated showers for Thursday night. Winds will remain light and variable, and lows will be around 78°F. The chance of showers is 20 percent.

Additionally, the tide schedule for tomorrow is as follows:


  • High tide: There will be a high tide at 12:54 AM reaching 4.76 feet, and another high tide at 4:29 PM at 4.03 feet

  • Low tide: The low tide will occur at 8:39 AM with a depth of 2.07 feet, followed by a second low tide at 9:02 PM at 3.64 feet.
