Colonia, Yap – The State of Yap Election Office at the Department of Youth and Civic Affairs(DYCA) is pleased to inform the general public that mail packages containing essential documents regarding the upcoming referendum will be dispatched shortly. Enclosed in these packages, recipients will find a letter from Yap State Election Office Commissioner Christopher Buchun and Director, Alex Gilfiley at DYCA, along with a registration form, ballot sample, and other pertinent documents. The DYCA team will inform all Yap residents when the package will be available for pick up at respective mailboxes through SMS text, radio, social media platforms, and the Yap State Government website.
