Yap FM - Early Wednesday at 2:00 a.m., members of the Division of Youth Services, together with several members of the Youth Planning Committee, welcomed home the delegation representing Yap State at the Annual Children Exchange Program in Japan.

The group of 12 students departed Yap on June 14 and returned early Wednesday morning, June 24, accompanied by two chaperones from the Department of Youth and Civic Affairs.
