Pacific Mission Aviation Continues Regional Air Service in September

Yap FM - Pacific Mission Aviation (PMA) continued its vital air service across the region throughout September 2026, providing regular flights that connected remote island communities with Yap, Palau, Guam, and neighboring islands.
During the month, PMA accommodated a total of 264 passengers across its September flight operations. The airline completed five flights to Palau, where the aircraft remained overnight before returning to Yap. PMA also conducted five flights to Ulithi, six flights to Woleai, and two flights to Fais.
In addition, PMA completed three flights connecting Fais and Ulithi before returning to Yap. Two additional flights were conducted to Guam and back, further supporting regional connectivity.
The continued air service highlights the important role reliable air transportation plays in connecting remote island communities and supporting access to essential services, resources, and opportunities.
